GS v2.01.33 state

I just wanted to remind you all that we've now made some changes to look at the impact to the game balance. We will probably need to fine tune these changes after we get game feedback. So the changes are not set in stone.

So it's very important that you all report your experiences from the games you start with GS v2.01.33. We want to hear about how you feel the balance is in each of the battles.
* Case White (Poland)
* Case Yellow (France / Low countries)
* Sealion
* Balkan
* North Africa
* Russia
* Atlantic

Etc.

The good thing about the changes we made is that they can be altered using general.txt, technology.txt, unit.txt
