Grand Strategy 2.0 Freezing?

So I've already played a few games of GS 2.0 and it worked great and played well. However I started a new game as the Allies and during the play through the game freezes when it becomes the Axis turn where I'm at. I tried restarting but it always ended up in the same freeze no matter what. I started another one and the same thing happened, is this fixable?

I would reinstall and see if that helps. Maybe somethign became corrupt.
