Italian surrender revisited.

This is about the 4th time where the Italians have surrendered in 44 with a very powerful land army, no allies on the mainland, just because the Allies captured Tunis and the 2 ports in Sicily. I suggest that if Italian manpower levels are still strong we require an additional surrender city in 44-45 so the Allies have to at least have a presence in the mainland.

I agree too . Or it should be if Italy or Axis occupied Tunis by Axis force ,Tunis should be count as one surrender city , If no Italian or Axis troops there ,Allies only take it by DOW Vichy france , it should not be .
