The Blue Division

Why not include it? Germany should get it when they DOW the Soviet Union. It shouldn't appear if Germany is at war with Spain and it should disappear if Germany declares war on Spain.

I am sure that others may know better, but the game does not use divisional sized units, it is intended that they should be Corps/Korps. The Blue Division would be one part of a Korpa, not an independent unit at this scale.

The Blue Division is included as free reinforcement GAR forming near Berlin. I think it appears in 1941.

Because the Blue Division was only a division and not a corps sized unit. INF are Corps size, i.e. 2-4 divisions. In GS CEAW the GAR is the only unit which can represent a division sized unit like the Blue Division.

GAR is short for Garrison units
