V1.6.2 Thematic Byzantines(all)

Later should have Slav allies but not Moorish. Early should have Moorish allies in addition to Slavs. Moorish only allowed in 681 A. so should only be allowed for earliest version of Thematic Byzantines.

Alan Mercenaries(Later and mid) should be limited to all being the same type for all Thematic Byzantine lists. Early currently is correct.

Start date for Thematic(Later) should be 904, not 940.

Early list should not include Khurramite. Should only be allowed in middle list (834-839 AD)
