Poor BG rerolling a result of 1.

Hi, I just was playing against the AI the Scirthea 103BC scenario and in a resulting melee agianst the Legatus BG of poor training and the one of King Salvius of Superior training the BG of Legatus (poor) got a dice of 1 and made a reroll. On the same turn he got a dice of 6 that also made a reroll. The last one is Ok but a poor BG shouldnt have to make a reroll on a result of 1....

Any Clues what can be wrong....

This may be hard to replicate but will check for an issue and look out for an update.
