Freezing when waiting

Hi,
I have a problem when playing multiplayer.
When finishing my game, when the screen shows "waiting xx:xx" , it happens about one on three times that the clock continues to run without end (I waited until 20 min once) or that the computer just freezes.
In both cases, I need to "escape" and it cancels the game I just played...

My computer is MacBook Pro OS X 10.6.7. What can I do ?

The funny stuff is that I received a mail from a certain Iain at Slitherine today, saying my multiplayer account "has been flagged as a very high risk", due to the "cheat detection system" (wow! scaring...) who detected I downloaded "many more time" my turns than I uploaded. In brief, this little guy Iain called me a cheater. Funny and charming.

Could you help to solve this problem, before the boy in the Cheat Detection War Room becomes totally nuts ?

Hi Crabe

the system monitors any unusual activity and flags it to us. If you are having any technical issues like this you should report them so we can investigate and try to resolve. This is the first time you have mentioned it. The team will get back to you ASAP.

Sorry if there is a misunderstanding but I didn't accuse you of cheating - I said your account had been flagged as a high risk because of the activity monitored and your account is then put on a watch list.

When uploading a turn you are given a number of chances to upload prior to being given the option to cancel out. Do all of these attempts fail also?

If the computer is freezing up, I think that implies that something in the network subsystem is crashing or timing out. What kind of connection are you using to attach to the internet?
