I'm not sure what you mean - I think any official scenarios were included in the releases and updates.
Perhaps he means he grabbed it from ingame, which is easy - go to the Campaign Screen and you will see a folder button at the top of the screen - this will list and allow you to download all the user content directly to your machine.
Cheers

Clash of Armour
I wanted to start another game of the above scenario. I could not find it to issue a challenge to him.

I can only guess that it was a beta version - I think we did (a while back) beta some of the maps in a downloadable pack. But these maps are all now part of the main game.
Ah - unless you mean the random ones that I did for people to try out? These are here:

Otherwise everything else should be in the main game. If you're still missing the map, can you give me the map name, or more info on the map and we can try and work out where these maps might be
.
Cheers

No worries!
Go to Multiplayer, then to My Challenges. Hit the New Challenge button at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a list of the scenarios you can play. Choose the one you want (I note that there is a Slitherine Map Pack 1 entry!) and set your side and a password (if desired). Then just hit OK and your challenge will be posted - ready for your opponent to accept.
Cheers

If you mean the single player missions then they are only playable as the allies - they are not set up to be played the other way around.
If you want to tinker with an existing campaign, then you just need to duplicate the campaign folder in your My Documents/My Games/BBCBA/Campaigns folder. This will let you open up the maps in the editor and tinker around. If you want to do more (like tweak the unit values, or change the order logic) then check out the modding portal
