Campaign freezes after upgrading to 1.01 - New Updated EXE

We have investigated this issue and prepared a fix for it. Full patch will be available shortly, and in the mean time, you can download updated EXE file from http://www.slitherine.com/files/panzer_ ... rCorps.zip and place it in the game folder (by default %Program Files%\Slitherine\Panzer Corps). The version of the game (shown on the main menu screen) will change to 1.02, and you should be able to continue your campaign normally. Please post here if you experience any problems with this update. Thanks.

i cant run the patch. after clicking on the file to run i get "this application has failed to start because htmlayout.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem." my campaign will not load kursk. after the briefing i click proceed and i get a black screen.

hum this is weird. the patch i tried to download yesterday that wasnt working then is now. just like with 1.01 patch i did everything i needed but when i tried to open it up it wouldnt work. now a day later i clicked on it and it was working. yesterday it was just an empty folder, today it was a zip folder with the patch. same thing happened with 1.01 like i said. ive never had this happen before except with these patches. im able to continue my campaign again at krusk. its just weird. /shrugs guess ill just download future patches and wait a day or two to install them.

Hmmm. Next time this happens with your system, you could try to start your Windows in Safe Mode and install it then.

It sounds like some virus checker issue - it could be quarantining them temporarily though why and how I have no idea.

These have been replaced by the offical 1.02 patch.
