Campain not continue

Scenario in campain - Stallingrad, after Moscow 41(marginal victory). Turn 26 of 28. I am capture last stand sity...and scenario not ended. Turn 27 - no action, all sity captured. Not end. Turn 28of 28 - axis surrended. Exit to main Menu.

Both patches were installed correctly, the Problem with Kursk was both from 1.01 the Patch and from 1.02

Whether there is a chance to try to avoid an this error in game if setup game anew without patches?
