Fielding Mapuche in Cities of Gold

The Mapuche can have spearmen (pikes), archers with heavy weapons, and they can also have mixed pike and archer units. How would you field this army? Curious to see how the moulds for the production castings should be made. Thanks in advance for any input.

I have yet to try this army, but my 1st impressions are that I would probably run them with the mixed spearmen and archers, as well as some separately deployed archers. I am not sure about the pure pike units. Not saying one or two might be bad, but I think the mixed units are a better choice.

The spearmen are right out, because I want to run the cavalry. However, shifting to the Ancients would have more spearmen and thus some crossover appeal.
