Multiplayer not moving troops

Am playing:

Battle: Crimissos River 341BC (DC)
Turn: 3

According to my email update this is turn three, but every time I login to play my turn 3 my troops are back at their initial deployment as are the opposition.

I am on a Mac OSX 10.6.8 and he is on a PC (no idea what version of Windows)

Any idea why the moves are not being reflected on the display?

Tried another scenario...and still the same thing. It lets me move, then tells me its my opponents go. I get the email telling me its my turn, and when I login everything is back to initial deployments except the turn counter reads turn 2...

So basically the multiplayer becomes unplayable.
