First Gander...

Post by whitehorses »

Just got the Sample Armylists & rules on the Sunday, great to see a workable 100YW army list at long last!!

BTW, how many AP's does a FoG army have? I couldn't see it in the Rules.

And can you dismount Mounted *before* the battle if that troop type are allowed to do so within that Armylist, or does it have to be during the battle?

Cheers,
Jer

A standard 15mm singles game would be 800 points (roughly equivalent to 400 DBM points). I think it is in the rules somewhere but will check.

There is no dismounting mid battle, if troops want to fight dismounted they do so at deployment. There are also no mounted infantry, that is being saved for the campaign suplement. If you can find info on historical battles where infantry maneuvered mounted then fought on foot ala dragoons please let the design team know.

Usually 800 for 15mm, 650 for 25mm on 6x4 table.

You can deploy them dismounted, or dismount them after seeing your opponent's deployment.
