Wii game fault, one very disappointed daughter.

I purchased this game for my Horrible Histories crazy daughter last christmas and she has been playing it on and off all year. Recently she has recently gotten to the final stage BUT it's not working correctly, she has played it correctly and it should be letting her go onto the last stage but it won't let her have the prize she has won on a mini game, the piece of tablet, it just doesn't give it her, definently an error, I have watched her play it myself and can see theres a problem. It doesn't give it her when she wins the mini game, correct score and everything. She is one mightilly disappointed girl. What can I do next?
