CRC Error

I just tried to load BA and got "CRC Failure - reinstall game" dialog box. I tried to redownload from Matrix site but it said I had to go to the original publisher to get a download. How do I go about re-installing this?

If you have the original download still on your machine, you just need to run it again to download.

If you don't have the original file any more we'll need to reissue a download link. We are working on an automated system, but currently we'll need to get someone to do it. We'll try and get a link out to you asap.
