Crusader Lists

In both of the Crusader lists there is a 0-1 choice of a Fortified camp as a CORE TROOP choice, is this correct.

most of the other lists I have seen either have 0-1 choice in the optional troops list and just a 1 if its in the Core troops list ?

An interesting point.

To be honest it doesn't make any difference to selecting an army but perhaps it is an attempt to suggest that the Crusaders were more likely to fortify their camp than most other armies?

I assume that if it's a 1 in the core troops then it would be compulsory.............. if its not I can make a lot of use out of the 24pts

Not quite sure why it is in the core troops section, but in any case 0-1 means what it says. It is not compulsory.
