Shoot POA's

if a BG is shooting from combat to another BG also in combat does that give 2x - POA's if is does what is that chance to hit -3 POA, or can they not shoot if they get 3 -ve POA and not positives?

see example

In this example 3xCrossbow bases shooting at the Heavy foot -1 and both are in combat.

If you look at the POA table in the rules it clearly states only use one - no matter how many of those apply.

You can never have a net of more than -- thats also in the rules when POAs are explained. Actually... just looked at that and since it is referring to net POAs its only talking about close combat. I'd guess you have no chance to hit at - - - .

One thing I think they are planning in 2.0 is to use the charts from the rules in the reference section as well. There are quite a few things that can be misinterpreted from the reference charts alone due to the leaving out of words here and there.

that's the issue I personal think you get to shoot at -- poa (i.e., needing 6's), but it's not clear.
