Historical German Icon Flags for B.A.

Here I present some Historically correct German "ReichsKriegsFlagge" WW II icon flags for B.A.
Place the sideicon1 and germany files in the data\ui\Textures folder and the German_victory_marker#& file
into the core\anim folder.

Please note: These files will replace the current "Balkenkreuz" flag icons, so place the original files in a Temp
folder in case you are dissatisfied. Note also that when new updates or add-ons are implemented in the game,
all these icons would be wiped and replaced again by the originals, if placed in the main B.A. folder.

One can however, use these icons in a CUSTOM Campaign without worrying about them being overwritten...
