A friends birthday is comming up and I'd like to get him Panzer Corps. I was looking at the ordering info and I am worried that if I fill in the customer info with my information that the cd will come to my place with the cd having my name on it. I thought about putting his name and address in the customer info but then Im wondering if my method of payment will get held up on verification. I know that paypal requires that emails match up on customer info and I imagine cc companies require the billing adress to match. Is there a good way to handle this...any advice appreciated.

Hi Byeohazard - we're looking into to proper gifting options but at the moment we dont have any. What I think you can do for now is set the billing and deliver address to be different. Check you get the option to enter a new name on the delivery address. It is the delivery address that determines the name on CD.

Then mail us immediately to let us know you've placed the order and what you want to see on the CD. If we are fast enough we'll be able to look it up in the system and check before it gets to manufacture. I'm not 100% sure this will work but I think it should.

I private messaged you. It didn't go according to plan...no seperate billing info from delivery info. So far it's comming to my address with my name on the disc. Hoping we can change that....i sent you the order #. I got the link so my friend can (hopefuly...it was sent to my email) do the download if I foreward that to him...just hoping i can get the disc delivered to him with his name on the disc. Really want to play multiplayer with him...hopefuly no snags with that.

Hi Joe,

I have updated the delivery address but I may not have been in time to stop the name on disk

The order got placed last night after we had left the office so only got picked up this morning.

We need to make sure we're about when you place the order to make this work as the system is not set up for it yet

Shoot...oh well. Thanks for the effort though with the name on disc. As long as we can PBEM++ and he recieves the hard copy with the option to download to his email all should be well. Thanks again.
