Problems with Immortal Fire & Eternal Empire Mac version

I have purchased Immortal Fire and Eternal Empire, Previously i have installed Rise of Rome & Storm of Arrows. When i have entered the serial codes of the two last purchases and i try to enter in the Multiplayer mode i have the error:

Sorry, could not log in.
Reason: User has one or more serials (code11)

I had reinstalled two times the game, an the error is still on. This was the solution that Slitherine give me by email, and they said to me that if the error is still the i have to post in this blog¡¡¡¡¡

I run the Mac version of the Game

Sorry you are having probelms. This error means you have a different version of the serial on your machine to the one registered to your account. Can you mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your username and serial numbers so we can investigate.
