cant download digital download or disk

i bought the digitl download and disk but as soon as i try to download both i get Invalid startmode :archine offset, any ideas.
i have microsft windows xp service pack 3 and meet all the requirments, thank you

No, sorry.
Try do disable your firewall and antivirus when downloading.
If the problem persists, please report back.
