France and Market Garden campaigns broken

Hi,

I bought BA with all the campaigns for Mac but I'm having some (more) issues. After having problems entering the CD Keys (After entering France's key, I could not add any other...), now my campaigns are broken. Market Garden and France show me a blank force selection and upon entering the map I lose immediately.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry you are having probelms. Something seems to be really messed up on your machine. Can you uninstall and start again? We've not had any other issues reported on the Mac version yet.

Hi Morback

Can I get you to check the timestamp on the executable file, just to be sure that there hasn't been a distribution problem with you getting and older version. Please navigate to the BA application, then right click and select "Show Package Contents". Then navigate to Contents/MacOS and let us know the date and time on the BA executable file.

If it does turn out that you somehow got on old version, then we can easily get you a link to the correct version which should solve all your problems

. Then we can track down how the old version got into the wild.

The timestamp indicates 8/15/11.

I did try and reinstall, removed all the associated folders and everything, but the expansions were still not playable.

That is the wrong version of the game. I can only apologise. We will get you a link to the correct version as soon as possible. Thanks for helping us to find this rogue version - now I have to find out how it ended up in the wild.

I can help you with that. I got confused with the navigation on your website, so when I bought the game I accidentally got the PC version. Upon asking for help via email, I was given a link for the .DMG in the reply. I'm going to reply to that email to let him know about this.

Yes - it does appear that the older version was only in a 'spare' server we use for ad-hoc provision of new downloads for people. This is now fixed, and you should have your new download link very shortly.
