Restart scenario adds extra units in campaign mode

Restart scenario is bugged in campaign mode.

You get the same units you started the scenario with again for deployment.

E.g. 35 units to start Overlord with become 70, next time 105, then 140.
The units you started with get added again every time.

Confirmed, although upon further testing, this only seems to be the case if you restart scenario during the deploy phase.
If you restart during turn 2 or any other mid-scenario turn, your core is not duplicated.
