To few british homeguard message

Well, actually its early 1942 - Britain was conquered by germans and USA joined the war, but I still suddenly got message about british HG units and - 15 penalty. Any idea how to fix it?

Did you lose Ottawa as well?

With the new morale loss you get morale loss if you have too few units in Britain even after you lose London and Liverpool. You need to land units in Britain to regain the morale. Land e. g. in northern Ireland first. Those count. With a -15 you need to land 3 units in Britain to avoid the loss. Do you have Scapa Flow or Belfast?

I have Canada, didnt lose it. I also have Scapa flow, and some cities occupied with partisans (norwich, aberdeen i guess).
So this UK morale loss will be with me until I do reversed Sealion?
