BA Mac version expected for today

Any news on BA release for Mac?.
The date expected is today but the shop page says "out of stock"

Its only 11am in the UK and 4 am in the US

Hi Ian,

I just bought the Mac version of Battle Academy along with the 2 expansions (Blitzkrieg France & Market Garden). I'm currently downloading Battle Academy. When I try to download the two expansion packs, I just get a text file for each expansion saying that I just need to enter the activation code to start the expansion. How do I download those expansions?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

You just need to do what the readme file says

When you have the game installed enter the serials in the main game to unlock the expansions. Let us know if you have any problems!

Hi Ian,

Just finished downloading & started it up. Entered the activation codes as you suggested. The game & the expansions all loaded up! Everything works fine so far.

Thanks for the Mac version! I hope that for future Mac versions of Slitherine games now in PC, a slight discount (

) could be offered to PC owners who purchase the Mac version.

If there is a demand to move from PC to Mac it is definitely something we can look in to. We dont have an infrastucture to support it right now.

I just purchased them today as a download version, but unfortunately it only downloads .exe for PC. Where can I get the .dmg downloads???

I own a few PC Slitherine titles, including Ba & the Blitz:France expansion. As I recently switched to a Mac, I just couldn't resist getting the two expansions & the Mac version of BA. I just didn't want to go thru the hassle of using Boot Camp. Hopefully, others will speak out about their moving from PC to Mac & wanting to convert their PC versions to Mac.

Thanks anyway for supporting the Mac for your titles.

Feel free to spread the word on any Mac gaming sites as we dont have strong penetration on those at the moment.
