From the Windows start menu is a link to the online pdf. This can be saved to your computer as a pdf.

There is also a sticky thread in the main forum with tips that are not in the simple manual, see Manual Additions

Can I get that PDF via the Mac demo?

Is that manual only with the purchased game?

Also, is there any difference between Mac & PC versions? Which runs better? I can install the PC version on my Mac's Bootcamp partition running Windows Vista.

They are exactly the same so whichever you are happier with is best.

The manual doesnt have much that is not in the tutorials and is the same for PC and Mac. You can grab it from
