Failing to Upload

Playing a game of Frozen North; all goes well and I end the move, the game appears to upload correctly, but at the end I'm still told it's my turn. No error messages appear.

No, it really is stuck. I downloaded my turn again after the apparent uploading and it was as if nothing had happened.

Ok we have a bunch of MP issues fixed in the patch coming very soon so hopefully this will be sorted.

FWIW, I just had an email from another opponent in Panzer Corps who says he's having the very same problem with failed uploads.....
