Freezes in Multiplayer

Just as a Feedback, I am facing freezes in the third game in a row (all played with the same friend of mine). Its Norway (I am allied) 5th turn. And a paired game Lowlands third round and fourth round. Two games freezed for me one at my friends PC. All freezes are at the initial weather / turn page.
I can use ESC and quit to desktop or main menue. The broken game is in this case uploaded to plattform.
If I use ALT STRG ENTF and force the game to be shut down, I get the message, that the game does not react because it waits for a command!?
I tried all keys on the keyboard. I am able to call up some dialogues (purchase/statistics) but I am never able to play the game.
I use XP, have an Intel board and a nvidia graphic-card.

If I could support you Devs by further information please mail.

I read you Devs are working at a patch and I would love to see it solving the issue.

Otherwise the multiplayer works fine.
