Re loading game

Post by camlan »

Gents;

I had to restore my system on my main computer, and need to download the core game and all the add-ons that I have purchased. Can you direct me to the proper page or url so that I can play on my main computer again?

Thanks,

Dave Smith

Thanks for the reply. I have since installed or attempting to, however, I get this error message when I try to start it:

Active Movie Window: Field of Glory.exe System Error

The program cant start because MagCore.dll is missing from your computer. Try installing the program to fix the problem.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi camlan

I do apologise if you are experiencing issues with your game. Try turning off you computer first, leave it for 1 minute and then turn the computer back on. If this doesn't work then by any chance do you have any software that is developed by ArcSoft installed on your computer? I was doing a little digging and it turns out that MagCore.dll is used in ArcSoft software. Arcsoft develop multimedia software so if you have some of their software installed i would seek their advise to see if they can resolve this issue you're having with the MagCore.dll file. However i did look on one of their forum posts regarding this issue and it says as a quick fix you need to find the MagCore.dll file on your computer and copy it to WINDOWS / System32 folder located at C:\Windows / C:\Windows\System32 respectively. The link for the forum post is stated below:

If you do not feel comfortable performing the steps mentioned in this forum then i suggest you speak to ArcSoft directly to resolve this issue.

Kind Regards
