Unable to register blitzkrieg france expansion

I am trying to register the blitzkrieg france expansion. I enter my code and it comes back and tells me it failed and to check the forum for help resolving issue. Please help!!

Click on the lizard at the top left of this page. That should take you to the home page with your info in the middle. Click My Games. That should take you to a page where you can see all your games and serial numbers. If BF is there, nothing further needs to be done.

I am also having problems installing the Blitzkrieg France expansion, similar to Jefflatt. I have registered my serial number and it is showing on My Info page, but I'm still getting the same message. HELP!

Can you tell me where exactly you are seeing the failure happen. In the installer, in the game, etc. And the exact wording on the error message.
