My e-mail to info@slitherine.co.uk was forwarded to iain@@slitherine.co.uk by some kind of spam blocker, is that OK? The people of info@slitherine.co.uk can still get my mail?

If you replied to the spam blocker & verified you are a real person it will be fine :)
