upgrades not carrying over to next scenario?

upgrades not carrying over to next scenario?

Played the first 1939 scenario on colonel level. During the scenario I upgraded my two core tank corps to Panzer 38(t)a and got a decisive victory. When the Norway scenario loaded the two tanks were both Panzer IIc. I'm sure I did not upgrade the Auxillery tank corp which was a Panzer III.

Is this WAD?

No, there is no reason an upgrade should not carry over. If you can send a save before and after it would be very useful.

Impatient fellow that I am, I retried it and this time the upgrade did carry over, but in doing so I overwrote the previous game. If this happens again I will send the save.
