Unable to 'claim' a game after 30 days

Is anyone else having this problem?

I was told a few people weren't able to claim games from a month ago, and I actually have a game with 'Peiper' where the last update was 7/15/11, but the 'claim' button is still greyed out.

+1. Mine is from 11th July and I can't claim it - just stuck on my Opponents screen.

Yes there's at least one player having the same issue.

Strangely I see the "Claim" button highlighted for my turns but not my opponents' turns.

I'am also having problems here. The players Elcrusto and Reisengurke (or something like that) never sent back starting turns for challenges they posted and i was hoping to clear their games from my list but i cannot, even though its been 30 plus days.
I now have at least 8 games on my list which are inactive for various reasons and only 3 that are actually playing so there hasn't been a lot of MP action of late. I'm looking forward to getting this patch, whenever that will be.
