Eternal Empire print on demand issue resolved.

That's reassuring to know but what does it have to do with digital downloads of Eternal Empire?

Christian is referring to a new service we are introducing with this game release, we call it Product on Demand (POD)

This allows you to add a full boxed version to your order which is printed on demand and sent to you immediatly. You get the DDL as now but you also get a full boxed version which in most cases will also include a game manual.

Check the details of each product to be sure. We will be rolling out this new service across all of our games

Will this boxed version be available through Matrix, from where I downloaded ETE? I have issues with the download. One of the battles, Laupen, is missing from the New Game screen menu, although the battle sub-folder is included in the games folder. Stoke Field appeared in the New Game menu but disappeared thereafter (!!??). Verneuil is listed in the New Game screen but after clicking play on it a pop-up comes up advising that one of the sides has two leaders where there should be only one and therefore the verneuil file is unusable. I asked Matrix "help desk" and they referred me to Slitherine. BTW, along with ETE I have all the FoG installments and none of them have any of these problems.

Slitherine & Matrix are selling the same version and have the same Print on demand boxed version available.
