Initial Pursuit

Come up with an amusing situation:

A Fragmented Enemy battlegroup on the rear table edge is hit frontally and in melee.
In the impact phase it is flank charged and loses a cohesion level, breaking.

At the end of the phase it routs off table.

What happens to the groups in contact with it?
Initial pursuit makes no mention of table edges, this is only covered in the joint action phase section on routing, so, technicxally, do the two groups in contact pursue off table?

It was an oversight in the re-write that the section on initial pursuits did not covers such situations.

The current version states:

 Initial pursuits obey the same rules as pursuits in the joint action phase for moving multiple pursuing battle groups, following routers or encountering the table edge, terrain or fresh enemy. See the Joint Action Phase section.
