Adding the other sides included in the Game

Gretings,
I am wanting to play some of the other sides such as Pelasgian and Hittites in the "Grand Campaign". How do I add these to the "RAMDOM" selections at the start of the game?

You can only have 10 sides per campaign so would have to drop out other sides. All side information is set up from the sides.txt & cities.txt files in the map directories.
