Does a truck/half-track negate Mountain Inf move bonus?

If a mountain infantry has truck/half track transport, does it negate their move bonus in mountain terrain?

Also, I assume an attached truck/half-track would prevent *any* unit from being air transported?

Yes to the second question, you can still load them but they'll abandon the trucks/half tracks

The 1st question is kinda yes as well....the transport will move at its own speed so going through mountains the unit can only move 1 hex (the same as the transport) but going through hills you'll find the mountain infantry can use its full move as the transport can move quicker anyway! (though with a truck i think you'll be reduced to 2 move)
