For those having trouble with the RAF in Sealion 40 I found NOT upgrading my fighters was far more useful....

The Bf109f's main advantage over the E modle is initiative (a whooping 11) but has less air attack and that seems to make the difference....with my fighters xp they still get in 1st shots but seem to do much much more damage

Just my 2cents

I bought some new Fs and left the old Bf-109s as E models, so I had a good mix.

I'd have thought that was wise, new fighters would need the higher initiative to get 1st strike in
