I still havn't recived my box set.
The Manual that came with the download is either coded or garbeld up.
Can't use it.
I've played all the campaigns, and enjoyed them as much as PG1, AG, PG2 and PacG.
Now I would like to build my own scenario and map ideas.
I like to create an Euro Theater Map scenario using a very big map (500x500), because I love to play on big maps.
Tackled a little bit with the map editor, and it looks like, it's technical possible. Is it ?
The Map editor looks pretty good, and it seems easy to work with it.
Really enjoyed Jeff Crouches PGX with the large euro map. He's still working on the Globe scenario.
Is it possible with the Panzer Korps engine to display all european countries ?
Declare them either allies or axis ?
I know for know it's only possible to play from the german site.

Hi
Yes it is - but for an 500 x 500 hexfield scenario its a lot or work - I produced my normandy map 204 x 156 and I needed 30 hours. For 500 x 500 you will need 3-4 weeks hard work - believe me. The most work is , to set new tiles like vineyard, trees, rough terrain and many different urban station graphics. Also the fine tuning on your rough map to set all old PC tiles nice in every map window.
Some finished map windows example Normandy:

I was the builder of the Euro-scenario Map, it took me a few months to build, about 200 hours.TheGrayMouser wrote:PGX is pretty amazing in its size , that is for sure!
Not sure how big the maps can technically get but check out the scenario section of the forum, a player has already made a pretty large map of Europe![]()
I think the manual opens in Adobe, maybe make sure you have a newr version?
So I'm not too shy to do it, if the playback is worth it, like it was in PGX.
Jeff Crouch build a pretty good and complex A1.
And thanks about the tip for getting the newest Adobe version, I'll go and get it.
I definately gonna check that map, from the scenario section.

Konzev,
You said your manuals are 'broken' - you can get new ones here:
