Canadian Manpower

I have a question about the latest patch. Is the Canadian manpower now independent of the UK's? Or is Canadian manpower now unlimited? If it's the latter, that would seem to be a major exploit for the Allies. Just build the troops in Canada and you don't have to worry about manpower, even if Britain is totally occupied!

There is no Canadian MP.

The units that spawn in Canada are considered at start forces, but we limit when they are active.

If you had an early Blitz the Canadian units would spawn at one quality level lower because UK was still yellow (MP)

Of course if you build a fresh unit then the quality will be lower depending upon the MP level.

Any chance this is extended to the BBs (and CV for US ofc) in queue for the various navies? Or can't be done because they are 'built' not 'spawned'?

Is this because of early activation? I have not noticed this before.

do you have screen shots? I have started new games so it will be awhile before I get to that point.

I meant, e.g, the British BB that becomes available on turn 25. It has -1 quality because it's in the queue from the beginning of the game when UK is below 75% manpower.

Same applies to the Italian BB arriving on same turn and to the US CV arriving sometime later.
