Problem with sound [Resolved]

Post by MKSpoker »

If you have problem with sound (especially with wav files), you have to convert them to mp3 files and delete wav files. You can do that with any audio converter (Audiacity, Oxelon Media Converter, Winamp, Nero Wave Editor, Formatfactory etc.). Files you have to convert are in following game folders: Audio, AttackSfx (subfolder of Audio), MoveSfx (subfolder of Audio).

I wouldn't delete files. It's better to get the correct codecs.

Sometimes, the problem is not to get the correct codecs. The computer might even have the correct codec installed but that doesn't mean that it hasn't any conflict. Codecs and filters conflicts are hard to solve.
This is a workaround that works in some cases. :)
