where is editor located

hello im new to this game not sure if its a good question here or on matrxixgames forums ill try here first i read on matrixgames about the game editor says run game first then click game editor ive done that and only find it just says load senario or game data something like that but nothing to click on am i in the right location or if someone can please tell me the steps by step to a nood lol thanks very new to this kinda games thanks
