Not sure if this is an error. The clipeati foot is the same cost for the spear troop as it is for the mixed troop with bow. It is the same on both Later Hungarian lists.

This is correct. Having rear rank shooters for some weapons, such as heavy weapon, is an extra cost. For offensive and defensive spears they are free. Spears with rear rank shooters get the shooting capability but lose the combat advantage for 2 ranks of spears!

The mixed clipeati units have no bow support graphics, either in the dag buy screen nor in game.
