Invisible French Armour

I'm playing with the GS Mod - later in the game, the French Armour is "invisible" there's no icon for the tank although the unit strength, roundel, entrenched marker all show. Is there a fix for this?

If you go to options and turn on counters do those show up?

Do you move anything or copy anything into the image/unit folder? The folder structure is different then the vanilla game.

Could it be that we don't have hi-tech unit images for French armor and air units since France usually falls in 1940 and they don't put PP's into research?

You should have armor images from _0 to _6. It seems to me that we miss armor_france images for _6 (they go only to _5). We increased from _5 to _6 as the max to fit in more images and probably didn't add them for France. Minor powers will have 2 tech levels below their controlling major power so they will not use images past _4.

So I think all can be solved by using the free_french armor_6 images for the french armor_6 images.
