Either this is a bug, or the objectives are not explained properly.
Objectives: Get 5 ships from the convoy over to the UK mainland OR sink Bismarck & Tirpitz
When I was playing this scenario on mutliplayer as the Allies, my opponent won by bringing my convoy down to four ships. We still had plenty of time left before the end.

If you only have 4 convoy ships or less left, how can you land 5 on England?
If the scenario continued at this point instead of ending, wouldn't that just give the British player more time and opportunity to sink Bismarck and Tirpitz so they win?
The German Victory Condition is: Sink 9 Convoy ships while Tirpitz OR Bismark survives. So if you have 4, that means your opponent sank 9, and thus the German wins.
Does that make sense?

Ah, because I didn't know the German objectives..... that makes sense. However, the British objective should be worded differently.
As I understood, I had a choice to either land 5 convoy ships, or forget about them and just sink the two battleships. After I was down to only four convoy ships, I decided to use them as bait for the remaining U-boats while I concentrated all my firepower on the battleships, which would have led to a very bizarre battle.
I think it should be worded as: 'Land 5 convoy ships on the UK mainland, OR sink Bismarck and Tirpitz with at least 5 convoy ships remaining.'

That sounds a bit redundant.
Currently:
IDS_SCEN_ALLIED_SCN_OBJECTIVES Disembark at least 5 Convoy Units on the British Mainland.
OR
Sink Bismarck and Tirpitz.
Proposed:
IDS_SCEN_ALLIED_SCN_OBJECTIVES Disembark at least 5 Convoy Units on the British Mainland.
OR
Sink Bismarck and Tirpitz before 9 Convoy Units are sunk.
I think it's better to say '9 units are sunk' because both players can always check how many have been sunk so far through the 'C' causality hot key.
BTW if Tirpitz, Bismarck, and 9 or more total Convoy Ships all sink on the same turn, it's a tie game.
