This one may have been brought up before. I'm curious why pionieres have a movement of 3 in on-line, but only 2 in the campaigns.

Experience Ratio = (def exp level + 2)/(att exp level + 2)
Entrenchment Ratio = (def entr rate + 1) /(att entr rate + 1)

Playing a custom equipment file is the most likely culprit.
