What core are you aiming for?

Post by PinkPanzer »

I think 1 see 2 SE Pz III's plus 3 Pz III's
I see 5 155 artys.
I see 2 core inf in the north and 5 core inf in the south. What are they? I assume your shooting for all pioneers with halftracks.
I think I see your core Luftwaffe is 2 fighters a Me 110, a Ju87 and 2 strat bombers?, not sure what they are. Probably Ju 88s.

Just wondering. Are you from Russia Kerensky?"

The preview wasn't rendered at high quality, so it's a little hard to see exactly what my core is. It's actually 3 PZIVDs, 4 Me109s, 3 Ju-88.
I don't plan to buy pioneers with halftracks, because they are too expensive (at the start of the scenario, I have 92 prestige). I only have the one pioneer.

The most interesting part about this AAR is...

(Hint check out their strength!)

Oh, and not Russian, but I do adore most things Russian. :D

Have fun with those 15 strength uber forts

Post by PinkPanzer »

The hardest difficulty level?

I don't remember if there were range 3 uber forts in PG.
In PG the best way to deal with forts was strat bomb then attack with a pioneer or 88 AT.
Then they couldn't retreat so they would surrender.

But in PC, those pain in the butt uber forts fight to the last man.

Kudos on your decisive victory in the low countries.

Interesting tactics.
Move units to leave no retreat route for the intended target, suppress with arty or strat, Then attack and force surrender.

What will you be buying for France?

150mm artillery is crucial for this operation.

Having that SE Panzer certainly helps too

Tactics

I see your tactics are sound. Questions.

Number 1). You don't stop to repair??

2). It seems to me most AI forces were 15 strength points. Correct? Why?? How??
