Prestige/Elites???

So a couple more questions:

1. Is it truly the case that if I sit in Norway until the last turn I gain more prestige than if I gain a decisive victory?

2. Are there any other gains for a decisive victory (besides some variations in the scenarios you move to)?

3. Sometimes I gain elite units and sometimes I don't. Is there a particular system for this or is it random?

Are you sure Razz? It seems I always get one after Norway.

Elite unit reinforcements are random, same as heroes will give you random bonuses. I think there might be a slight chance increase if you have done rather well in a battle. Sometimes you get them sometimes it takes a while till they show up.
