Archie... 37/49
Camlan... 60/52.... (scores a hit against one of Archie's generals though!)

Hard fought battle... good fun, holding the hill made the difference.

Nice game Archie. Did something a little different in this one. I used some points on field works to further protect the game [at 10% of army points the camp is a nice target.]........other than that we had a pretty similar OOB. I kept my ally reserve force behind the mountains too long.....and they didnt offer much help while my right flank and center evaporated. Fun game though. Since I play the table top version of FoG as well, I opted to buy a box of the Warlord plastic celts to try to field a Gallic miniatures army!

I think thats is 10%, up to a maximum of 2 points in the actual game... so always ponding is it worth holding back to guard the camp.

Although in these tournment rules the camp is certainly worth taking, and getting the additional score of 2 points.

Recently started painting some classical hoplites from immortal minitures... looking good.

The camp is worth 2 points or 10% of the army AP (rounded down, so with 48 AP, 4 points), whichever is higher.

Thanks Chris for confirming that... never trust my reading of anything, I always made a art of mis-reading and spelling!

(Whats AP... available points?)

For a large AP army, a camp can be a nice target......I think 5+ pts on a fairly easy target is a good assignment for a couple of units of LC.
