I'm in the states and I have mine. Got it from Amazon yesterday. Sounds like an issue with your local store's suppliers.

Amazon can't be too evil, because I've got my book! ;)

No, Amazon does not carry my models. It does however carry models that compete with my models for hobby dollars/quid/shekels.
